Second Round of CHIP Applications Being Accepted

The Crawford County CHIP Office is accepting applications for the second round of home Rehab Projects. The application window is from Feb. 11 until March 1.

The program also funds Repair Projects, and applications are accepted at any time. Homeowners can apply for Rehab Projects of up to $36,000, or Repair Projects of up to $9,000.

The Community Housing Impact & Preservation (CHIP) Program offers assistance to homeowners meeting low-to-moderate income guidelines. Application packets may be picked up at the CHIP Office inside the County Courthouse (Suite 205), 112 East Mansfield Street, Bucyrus; or at the Galion City Building, 301 Harding Way East.
