Ohio Regional Development Corporation (ORDC), on behalf of Crawford County Commissioners/City of Galion, is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified firms for professional architectural services relating to the rehabilitation of City of Galion downtown buildings.
Project funded by State of Ohio Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program B-F-17-1AQ-1. Work will include assistance with project selection, private rehabilitation specification prep in accordance with City of Galion Design Review Guidelines, construction document preparation including federal prevailing wage, bid and award support, construction administration, and post construction.

• Historic Private Rehabilitation philosophy and approach in general.• Prior Historic Private Rehabilitation experience with projects of similar scale and complexity. Specifically county and/or municipal private rehabilitation services.• Prior experience with public-sector clients and processes for projects of similar scale and complexity.• Current knowledge of Davis-Bacon Federal Prevailing Wage and the public sector labor laws that may impact the overall costs and feasibility of the projects.• Professional qualifications of individuals assigned to the project.• History of effective schedule and budget management for projects of similar scale and complexity.• Use of processes that creatively engage appropriate stakeholders in all stages of design
