The Crawford County Community Housing Improvement Program is accepting applications for the final round of owner rehabs until Feb. 13. Owner rehabilitation is intended to correct sub-standard conditions throughout the house in order to make it safe, healthy, durable, energy efficient and affordable. There is also funding available for small home repair projects.
CHIP is an income based program. Applicants must own the home and use it as their primary residence.
Please call the CHIP office at 419-562-6583 for more information or to request an application. Packets are also available at the mayor's office in the Galion City Building, 301 Harding Way East.
