The Winter Crisis Program has been extended through May 1, 2020, and the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) will be extended through June 1, 2020. These programs help customers to pay heating bills.

Effective immediately, you are no longer required to visit the Crawford County Ohio Heartland Community Action office in person. Appointments will be completed over the phone. You can get started by calling 419-718-0047, or visiting www.energyhelp.ohio.gov. 

To qualify for assistance, you must have a gross income at or below 175% of the federal poverty guidelines to qualify for WCP and HEAP assistance.
